Fresh garlic is a wonderful flavoring to add to your recipes. It ranges from mild to hot in flavor, providing the right spice to your foods. Use it sliced, minced, or even roasted whole. Whatever dish you are preparing, you can rest assured that you have chosen the right garlic for your family. Our garlic is "naturally grown" i.e. no herbicides or insecticides, using OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute)  approved fertilizers only. Our original strain that has adapted extremely well to a marine climate, (rainfall tolerant). True garlic flavor with consistently large and uniform bulbs and medium sized cloves. Few double cloves. Average diameter for our Gourmet Spanish Roja is 2.5 to 3 inches and our standard grade at 2 to 2 .5 inches  with high density.
Long keeping. Excellent cooker and good overall.
